Delete your Blitzmate account

This page describes how account deletion works. It is not a deletion form — deletion requires being signed in, which only the Blitzmate app can do, so there is no button on this page that deletes anything.

How to delete your account

Open the Blitzmate app, sign in, go to Profile, then Delete account, and confirm.

What happens immediately

You are signed out on every device and can never sign in to that account again. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your username, your profile photo, and your country.

What is retained, and why

Your coin ledger entries, completed game records, and offerwall conversion records are kept for financial audit and anti-fraud purposes. Once your account is deleted, those records are no longer linked to a usable account.

When it happens

Immediately on confirmation. There is no waiting period and no grace period.

If you cannot access your account

Email support@blitzmate.co from the address on the account. A request from an unverified address cannot be actioned.
